I start by working out how the job runs today and what does not fit: where the time goes, where the money leaks, what has to be done by hand day after day. That is the task the product then solves.

Then it has to be built. AI tools give the speed, development experience keeps the quality, and after launch the product can keep changing instead of being started over.
